Recently I photographed some melbourne engagement photography portraits for Rosy and Damian around Melbourne city area. They are the most lovely couple! Their love story goes a little like this…
Rosy and Damian’s romance started from across the room.
It was a crowded bar and a weekly chance to get a sneak peek at each other, until finally they exchanged words instead of glances and never looked back.
Damian was one of the good ones and Rosy embraced every moment they had together – and even those they didn’t.
Only a few weeks into their courtship Rosy received a love letter sent from Damian, who was overseas with his friends but still had her on his mind.
It was the letter sent from afar, but explained how much Damian had missed her while he was away, and made Rosy realise they were meant to be.
Rosy and Damian are a very special couple because of how much they both respect and adore one another.
While total opposites in personality, Rosy and Damian accept each little thing about the other, and do whatever it takes to make each other happy.
Damian popped the question just as Rosy was about to cross the threshold of their new home.
He had carefully put together a picnic with all their favourite foods, and carefully set out it on their back deck in the sunshine.
Rosy said it was in that moment they shared together in their new garden that she felt the happiest.
I am really looking forward to photographing their wedding next March! Stay turned for what I am sure is going to be a romantic day…
